- Choose up to 20 JPEG, PNG, or WebP images; the list is initially sorted by filename.
- Move pages into order, then choose an A4 or US Letter page and a margin.
- Create the PDF locally, review its page count and file size, then download the real PDF file.
One image per fitted PDF page
The tool writes a PDF document in the browser and embeds a newly encoded JPEG copy for each selected image. Pages keep the source image proportion, are centered inside the selected margin, and use a white page background. PNG and WebP transparency is flattened against white because the PDF export uses JPEG page images.
Clear browser limits
Choose up to 20 files, each no larger than 20 MB, with at most 40 megapixels and 10,000 pixels on either side. The selected files together may be 100 MB, and their estimated decoded pixels may use no more than 320 MB. Pages are decoded and encoded one at a time, but the assembled PDF is kept in browser memory until you download it.
Local PDF export
Files stay in the current browser. The export does not upload pages, retain source metadata, preserve animated frames, or make an editable document. It creates a standard PDF with JPEG image data, so use the original files when you need metadata, layers, transparency, or a lossless archive.

Is the download a real PDF?
Yes. The page writes a PDF document with one raster image object per page; it does not rename an image file to .pdf.
How is page order chosen?
New selections are sorted by filename. Use the earlier and later controls beside each file to make a different order before creating the document.
Will images be stretched?
No. Each image is scaled proportionally to fit the selected page inside its margin. Empty space is white.
Does this preserve transparent PNG pixels?
No. PDF pages are stored as fresh JPEG images, so transparent areas become white and source metadata is not retained.
