Uniform draw without replacement
Each retained line is equally likely. A draw removes selected lines from that draw, so the same line cannot win twice in one result.
Line handling
Blank or whitespace-only lines are ignored. Other lines are kept exactly as entered, including leading and trailing spaces. The input is limited to 100,000 characters and 10,000 retained lines.

No. Names are selected without replacement within each draw.
