Exact decimal digits
The chart always shows hundred millions through thousandths. Missing positions contain zero; entered trailing decimal zeros remain in the English digit-by-digit reading.
English wording
The integer uses English million/thousand/hundred groups without “and”. Fractional digits are read individually after “point”, in every interface language.

Are negative or larger numbers supported?
No. The supported range is 0–999999999.999 with at most three fractional digits.
