CSV-preserving conversion
Records, field order, empty fields, commas, line breaks, and field values are preserved. Every output field is enclosed in double quotes, and an input double quote becomes two double quotes.
Strict input
The converter accepts comma-separated CSV with quoted fields, embedded commas, line breaks, and escaped double quotes. Unclosed quotes, characters after a closing quote, and other malformed CSV are rejected.

Are all fields quoted?
Yes. Every field, including empty fields, is enclosed in double quotes.
What happens to an existing double quote?
It is doubled inside the quoted field, as required by CSV syntax.
Are line breaks inside fields preserved?
Yes. A line break inside a quoted field remains inside that same field.
Is my CSV uploaded?
No. Processing runs locally in your browser.
