A QUICK WALKTHROUGH

How to use this tool

  1. Paste up to 100,000 characters.
  2. Enter a suffix of up to 200 characters and choose comparison options.
  3. Remove matching lines, then copy or download the result.

Literal suffix matching

The suffix is treated as literal text, never as a regular expression. Exact matching checks the visible line ending; optional trimming ignores surrounding whitespace and optional case folding ignores letter case.

Bounded local processing

Text is processed in this browser. Input is limited to 100,000 characters, the suffix to 200 characters, and output to 500,000 characters. CRLF, CR, and LF line endings are preserved.

GOOD TO KNOW

Common questions

Are blank lines removed?

Only when a blank line matches the selected suffix. Otherwise every line and its original line ending remains.

Can I use regular expressions?

No. The suffix is always literal text.

Is my text uploaded?

No. Matching, copying, and downloading happen locally in your browser.
