How to use this tool
- Enter one name or group per line; blank lines are ignored and duplicate lines stay separate.

- Randomize, then review, copy, or download the seating chart.
Balanced local shuffle
The tool uses an unbiased Fisher–Yates shuffle with rejection sampling from the browser Web Crypto API, then deals entries round-robin so table sizes differ by at most one.
Transparent input handling
Leading and trailing spaces are trimmed, blank lines are ignored, and duplicate names are kept as separate entries. The result reports blank and duplicate lines.
Privacy and limits
Names stay in your browser. No upload or external API is used. Each run accepts up to 50,000 characters and 1,000 non-empty lines. This is a seating aid, not a security or lottery mechanism.

Are duplicate names removed?
No. Every non-empty line is separate, and duplicates are reported and kept.
Can this be used for a secure drawing?
