Taper Plan Calculator
Compare dated taper calendars using your own daily loads and reduction periods. Planning arithmetic only. No reduction, duration, readiness or physiological recommendation. Rest days remain zero. Outside a scenario’s periods the baseline is unchanged.

A QUICK WALKTHROUGH
How to use this tool
- Enter your own values and select units.
- Use one row per line and | between fields; names and sources cannot contain |.
- Inspect every row, then copy or download the same successful snapshot.
Model
Date intervals include both endpoints. A period’s reduction is applied separately to each daily baseline. Percent difference is undefined when baseline is zero.
Results
1–3660 calendar days; 1–100 period rows; reduction 0–100%. Periods within each named scenario must not overlap and must lie in the interval. Weekly mode requires exactly seven nonnegative loads. Dates outside the interval are rejected.

Date intervals include both endpoints. A period’s reduction is applied separately to each daily baseline. Percent difference is undefined when baseline is zero.
Is this a training recommendation?
No. All reductions and dates are user supplied. This is arithmetic, not a training prescription.
