How to use this tool

Counting units
Code-point mode counts Unicode code points. Grapheme mode counts user-perceived characters with Intl.Segmenter when available.
Whitespace policy
Existing whitespace is preserved within lines; word-preferred mode treats runs of whitespace as separators and may normalize the break space. Hard mode breaks strictly at the selected width.
