Rule order
The tool normalizes line endings, removes control characters, collapses repeated horizontal whitespace, trims each line and the whole result, removes blank lines, then applies the selected punctuation rule.
Local limits
Input is limited to 100,000 characters and output to 200,000 characters. Processing, copying, and TXT download happen entirely in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

Common questions
Can cleaning be undone?
Paste the original text again and choose different rules; the tool does not store history.
Does it remove all punctuation?
Only the selected punctuation rule is applied. By default punctuation is preserved.
What is the output limit?
The generated output may contain at most 200,000 characters.
