如何使用
- Choose a browser-decodable MP4, WebM, Ogg video, or MOV file within the listed limits.
- Pick Horizontal or Vertical, then use the canvas preview to confirm the direction.
- Create the flipped video locally, review the new clip, and download the actual format your browser recorded.
A real local video export
The page plays a browser-decodable source into a canvas, transforms each frame, and records the resulting canvas stream with MediaRecorder. The downloaded file is a newly encoded video, not the original with a renamed extension. Its MIME type and .webm or .mp4 extension come from the format MediaRecorder actually accepted in your browser.
Original sound when the browser can decode it
When the source has a browser-decodable audio track, the page routes it through Web Audio into the recording stream. A source with no audio remains silent. Unsupported source video or audio codecs cannot be converted locally because this page has no server-side decoder.
Clear browser and size limits
Choose a file up to 100 MB, five minutes, 3,840 pixels on either side, and 8.3 megapixels. The finished recording stops at 200 MB. Canvas capture and MediaRecorder availability vary by browser; a current Chromium-based browser is the most reliable option. Source metadata, captions, chapters, and container-specific tracks are not copied.
常见问题
你可能还想知道
Will this make an MP4?
Only if your browser’s MediaRecorder reports MP4 support for this stream. Many browsers record WebM instead. The page labels and names the result from the recorder’s actual MIME type rather than pretending one container is another.
What is the difference between Horizontal and Vertical?
Horizontal swaps left and right like a mirror. Vertical swaps top and bottom, turning the image upside down.
Why is my file rejected?
The browser must be able to load and play the video codec, and the file must stay within the input, duration, and pixel limits. A familiar extension alone cannot guarantee that its codec is supported.
Does the video leave my device?
No. The source decode, canvas drawing, recording buffer, preview, and download all run in this browser session. Refreshing or leaving the page releases the local result.
