Deterministic rules only
The tool removes spaces before common ASCII punctuation, inserts one space after punctuation when followed by a non-space character, collapses repeated horizontal spaces, normalizes straight and curly double quotes to “, and reduces runs of three or more periods to an ellipsis. Line breaks and wording remain in place.
No language-aware rewriting
It does not capitalize sentences, translate, spell-check, infer missing punctuation, or choose language-specific quotation or spacing conventions. Review the result for your language and context.
