How to use this tool

Weighted across periods

The calculator sums all offered contacts and all contacts answered within target before calculating one overall percentage. It does not average each period percentage.

Include short abandons consistently with the source report or policy you are evaluating. The calculator does not assume that 80/20 is a universal standard.

What formula is used?

Overall service level = total contacts answered within target ÷ total offered contacts × 100.

Can I use 24 periods?

Yes. The calculator accepts up to 24 periods and requires a positive offered-contact total.
