Weighted calculation
Each channel AHT is the sum of its three duration inputs. Overall AHT is the sum of channel AHT multiplied by contact count, divided by total contact count.
Measurement boundary
Averages do not show long-tail cases, resolution quality, or recontact quality.

How is overall AHT weighted?
Each channel is weighted by its contact count, so higher-volume channels contribute more to the overall result.
Can I use zero duration?
Yes. Each duration may be zero, but contact counts must be positive whole numbers.
