A QUICK WALKTHROUGH

How to use this tool

  1. Choose one ODS file up to 20 MB.
  2. Review the visible-sheet preview and any omitted-content warning.
  3. Choose Print / Save as PDF and save from your browser print dialog.

Visible worksheet data

Printable visible sheets are shown as browser tables. Cell text, basic saved values, header rows, simple merged-cell spans, and selected common cell styles can be included.

Formulas and unsupported content

Formulas are not recalculated; the preview uses the result saved in the ODS file when available. Print areas, page setup, exact row/column dimensions and pagination, charts, images, drawings, comments, macros, external links, and conditional formatting are not reproduced. Formatting and line wrapping may differ.

Local processing and limits

The ODS ZIP package and XML are processed in a browser Worker and are not uploaded. Limits: 20 MB input, 512 ZIP entries, 100 MB expanded data, 24 MB per entry, 100 sheets, 10,000 rows per sheet, 256 columns, 250,000 cells, 24 MB generated preview, and 30 seconds.

Save from your browser

Inspect the preview and select paper size and orientation in the browser print dialog. The browser creates the PDF; this tool does not promise spreadsheet-app fidelity or exact original pagination.

GOOD TO KNOW

Common questions

Are formulas recalculated?

No. The preview uses cached results stored in the workbook when available. Formula calculations are not run.

Is my workbook uploaded?

No. The package is parsed locally in a browser Worker.

Will the PDF match the original spreadsheet layout?

Not exactly. This tool rebuilds supported cells as browser tables; print areas, page setup, charts, images, and exact spreadsheet pagination are not preserved.

How do I download the PDF?

Choose Print / Save as PDF, then select Save as PDF in your browser print dialog.
